Jeremiah gunderson
Jeremiah is the founder and CEO, bringing over six years of experience as a U.S. Army medic, including two deployments to Iraq with the 4th Infantry Division. Medically retired as a Staff Sergeant in 2009, he served as NCOIC of the 1-66 Armor Battalion Aid Station and Medical Readiness NCOIC, taught the Army Combat Lifesaver course, and earned distinctions including the Combat Medical Badge and five Army Commendation Medals.
After his service, Jeremiah earned a B.S. in Political Science and an M.A. in History from Texas A&M University–Central Texas. He went on to serve 12 years as Director of Veteran and Military Affiliated Services at the University of Texas at Austin before founding the company.chief executive officer
Ryan Herrmann
Ryan is the co-founder and COO, bringing six years of experience in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program. After two years of rigorous training, he served aboard the USS Colorado, contributing to major engineering operations including reactor physics testing, hot engine room testing, and initial criticality for the S9G reactor. Before leaving the Navy in 2019, he also completed Navy Dive School and supported Alpha and Bravo sea trials.Following his service, Ryan earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He then spent two years at Tesla working on the 4680 Cell project, rising to Associate Manager in the Cell Software organization before departing in 2024.Chief operations officer

Meredith is a former Navy dependent with extensive experience in education and military partnerships. Most recently, she worked on the custom military credentialing programs at The University of Texas at Austin, supporting service members in advancing their professional pathways. With a background spanning business development in corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. Meredith brings expertise in strategic planning, partnership growth, and analyzing emerging market trends. She is committed to building relationships with our clients, creating meaningful opportunities for our veteran workers.
